Swimming: Getting Faster in the “Off-season”

How can you improve your swimming in the “off-season”? Coach Liz explains the difference between decreasing drag vs. increasing propulsion in your swim stroke and the pitfalls many of us make when trying to improve speed. She also includes a few tips and drills you can use in and out of the water!
