Overly Dramatic? Nope!

To those who easily adapt to the cold, it may seem that Coach Amy and Liz are overly dramatic about their response to it, but we are all wired differently. Some of us are more sensitive to sound, other temperatures, and others to touch. For example, some people are super ticklish! The good news is we can systematically desensitize the nervous system. It just takes practice.
