Flip Turns for Triathletes

From a skill perspective, triathletes don’t really need flip turns.  From a fitness perspective, will triathletes improve their work capacity in the water by learning them.  This is an advanced skill that is usually one of the last things we introduce to triathletes as they advance their swim. Triathletes will be fine if they don’t learn flip turns. This is a fine tuning step that helps level up fitness. It’s also good to just find new ways to challenge ourselves sometimes!
